Tooling Thermoplastics Injection Molding

We design, develop and produce molding tools. Our in-house tooling experts are committed to producing quick results. Our own tool manufacturing equipment enables short reaction times.

 

 

Manufacturing Assembling

Single-use medical devices are our core business, however, we are experienced in developing complex Electro-mechanical capital equipment. We provide a Class ISO 8 cleanroom for disposable medical devices and a dedicated capital equipment assembly area.
Our device assembly processes include:

Silicone (LIM)

We are experts in custom designed, in-house manufactured molding tools, and transfer molded small silicon parts like special O-rings, seals, valves, balloons and membranes.

 

 

Metals

MedRes has onsite laser welding, CNC machining, injection molding, passivation and electro-mechanic assembling capabilities in order to achieve the required functionality of a developed/manufactured device. We use outside experts for laser cutting, electro plating, and electro-polishing.

 

Electronic Integration

We have experience in design and manufacturing of automatic high and low pressure gas and fluid control systems and electro surgical devices for clinical use.

MedRes continuously selects reliable suppliers to deliver services quickly, sensibly and cost-effectively. All components and sub-assemblies are created with the highest quality standards to reach our customer’s requirements.

 

Packaging and Labeling

We have the capabilities to package, label and release single-use devices in a controlled environment and coordinate outsourced sterilization for clinical or commercial use. Additionally, we are equipped with a Belco tray sealer and Fuji pouch sealer.

Safeguarded manufacture of medical products.

MedRes maintains a comprehensive quality system and a wide range of measurement capabilities in our full metrology QA lab, which encompasses design, manufacturing, and service activities under a certified ISO 13485 surveillance.
