You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and updating production forecasts and production plans based on sales orders.
- Preparing, scheduling and updating production orders based on a production plan, taking into account the availability of parts and the capacity of the manufacturer.
- Planning and monitoring of stock of parts and raw materials based on sales orders.
- Control the stock levels of raw materials required to fulfil production orders.
- Optimise production and shift scheduling.
- Ensuring that sales orders are fulfilled and taking corrective action in the event of discrepancies.
- Supervising the delivery of finished products to the customer.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Monitoring and updating production KPI, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Maintaining master data for production planning tasks.
- Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of production parts inventories.
We’re looking for you, if:
- You have a university degree.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- You have a good level of English.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment.
- You have good communication and organisational skills.
- You have good problem solving skills.
- You have the ability to work independently, completing tasks accurately, precisely and on time.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Your application will be considered an asset:
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR Part820 standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics Navision
