Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential customers and business opportunities in Europe.
- Set up, initiate sales opportunities, and follow through to ensure successful sales.
- Deliver online and face-to-face sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Contribute to the preparation of winning proposals.
- Develop sales strategy and implement action plans.
- Set up and maintain sales pipeline in CRM.
- Enable synergies, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers in Europe.
What we ask for
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
- Fluent written and verbal English is a must.
- Minimum 3 years successful track record in B2B sales, preferably in a Technology sector.
- Experience in acquiring new customers as well as maintaining long-term relationships.
- Experience with structured sales and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel and visit customers.
- Strong sense of understanding company’s value proposition.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of customers’ needs.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- General technical sense.
- Self-starter personality with ability to work independently.
- Strong in building relationships.
- Agile, “going beyond limits” attitude.
- Problem-solving, results-oriented personality.
